THE ADVOT PROJECT
Jenna Freeman, Jeff’s oldest niece, chose to contribute to the ADVOT Project to cover the cost of monthly gatherings of alumni youth who have attended the program.
The Advot project empowers youth and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds to take control of their lives by teaching them communication skills and healthy relationships through theater arts. The alumni program helps to identify short-term needs and set long-term goals for success and to provide participants with academic and professional resources.
STEPHEN S. WISE READERS TO LEADERS PROGRAM
Ava Freeman, Jeff’s youngest niece, chose to contribute to READERS TO LEADERS. The Jeff Astor Foundation will be sponsoring a special field trip for children in this program.
Readers to Leaders is a non-profit organization in Los Angeles dedicated to closing the literacy achievement gap for youth for low-income communities.
SHALOM INSTITUTE AND CAMP JCA SHALOM
Both Gabe and Maya, Jeff’s nephew and niece, in chose this wildfire relief fund to help support families and communities affected by the wildfires in Northern and Southern California.
