B’LEV ECHAD
We donated to the DOGS 4 SOLDIERS program at B’lev Echad—a global movement dedicated to ensuring the wounded men and women of the Israeli Defense Forces receive the support they need to live productive and well-adjusted lives after their injuries. This unique program provides therapeutic puppies to love and assist the wounded Israel Defense Soldiers in Israel to help the soldiers live their best lives.

Through programs which include legal and medical advocacy, educational scholarships, social and recreational events, mentors and career placement, B’lev Echad empowers each soldier to thrive.

CAMP RAMAH in CALIFORNIA
We are dedicating a bench next to the Jeff Astor Volleyball Court at Camp Ramah in Ojai, in memory of
Stephen Astor z”l. This gift will enable Camp Ramah to grow and flourish and to continue to improve and innovate its top-notch programming, activities, and facilities.

HOLOCAUST MUSEUM LA Given the alarming and unprecedented rise of antisemitism and hate rhetoric recently, we are supporting educational programming and initiatives at the Holocaust Museum LA. Our donation will provide customized student tours, and intergenerational conversation with Holocaust survivors. The Museum teaches students to think critically about the lessons of the Holocaust and its social relevance today to combat the rise in antisemitism and hatred. 

JEWISH FAMILY SERVICE LA Our donation will help purchase approximately 100 meals to be delivered to Holocaust Survivors who are home-bound and food insecure. The delivery service provides hot kosher meals once a day, or a week’s worth of frozen meals. Jewish Family Service serves over 1000 free meals to Holocaust survivors.

NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY HILLEL. Jeff’s niece, Ava Freeman, donated to Northeastern University Hillel. She choose an organization that supports the Jewish community in the Boston area. The donation will provide support for Jewish women in need. Hillel students will make challah and assemble and deliver baskets that will include crucial feminine products. These efforts will provide food security and promote healthy hygiene as well as bringing comfort and a sense of community to the recipients.

Our donation will help provide social support and informed professional care to empower families to live a meaningful and hopeful life.
